About Me(r)

It all started with a love of movement—growing up dancing and later diving into martial arts—basically saying yes to anything that let me move. But even with a lifetime of activity, my body couldn’t always keep up. I faced joint pain, surgeries, setbacks, and the exhausting cycle of trying everything just to feel normal again.

So trust me—I’ve been where you are: frustrated, worried, in pain, and wondering if things will ever feel right.

And I also know what it’s like to rebuild from the ground up, to relearn movement, and to come out stronger and more connected to my body than before.

All of that taught me that movement isn’t just about workouts—it’s about patience, trust, curiosity, and finding what actually works for your body. So whether you're healing, getting stronger, or just trying to feel like yourself again, I’m here with real experience and real empathy.
